I turned 1yrs old on July 4th. I had a scooby doo birthday party. I never had a cup cake before, I liked it! It was a really fun day. I was very scared of the fireworks though, they are even scarier than the vacuum cleaner and the recycle man.
Fix that Floppy Ear!

My ears haven’t grown since I was really little and everyone is always saying “Clover, fix your ear”. I don’t mind it being flopped back, why should they care?
I could get use to this kind of relaxation!
The wild turkeys have decided to come back for another mating season to live in the trees behind my house. They wake me up every morning around 4:30am and it makes my mom very unhappy. The first day I saw them, there were eight of them in my yard. I howled and howled with my biggest, deepest, beagle voice until I scared them away. I’ve only howled a couple of times in my life because I find whining doesn’t take as much effort and is just as effective in getting my mom’s attention. Anyway, I didn’t like these turkeys one bit. I just wanted to chase them out of my yard! My howl echoed throughout the entire neighborhood and the humans across the street actually complained about it. Now my mom tries to keep me away from the turkeys because they get me too crazy!
My mom keeps buying me all kinds of bones to try. My favorite is still the stinky cow hoof.
